US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a recreational sports program for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities that is offered only through local USYS-affiliated soccer clubs. TOPSoccer provides our members with an opportunity to play soccer in a uniquely structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive.
TOPSoccer sessions are led by the Rush Wisconsin West coaching staff. Our Rush players are 'buddies' and pair up with the participants for the session. The buddies provide additional instruction, keep the players safe, and create a fun environment for the participants.
