Why coach for Rush Wisconsin West?

1. Paid position
2. Salaried in the spring and fall season. 
3. Pay is based on licensing and prior coaching experience
4. Hourly pay in the winter season paid at $15/hour
5. Licensing is paid for up to a USSF D license and a level 2 Rush SPI license. 
6. RWW will pay for a C license and above over a 2 year period.  Ask for more details
7. Curriculum provided and tailored for the level of your team.
8. Reimbursement for travel expenses such as gas and food.  Hotel rooms booked and paid for tournaments and certain league games, if needed. 
9. Coaching gear provided
10.  Leagues include the Madison Area Youth Soccer league (MAYSA), Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association state league (WYSA), Southern Minnesota Soccer     League (SMSL) and the Midwest Conference league.
