Fatima Dimodica

Fatima is from Naples Florida and played soccer since she was 8 years old. She played for Weston FC and Colorado Rush in Highschool and ended up playing for Armstrong State University (D2) program in Savannah GA. Fatima was a varsity starter all 4 years of High School and won Defensive Player of the year Junior and Senior year. She was in the ODP process making it to regional and national level her sophomore and junior year. She was ranked top goalkeeper in the state of Florida for 4 years through her high school years. In her sophomore year of college she earned defensive player of the week and helped her team get into final four in the play off season. She loved being a Pirate and once her season was over she immediately went into coaching.

 

Fatima coached for Tormenta FC for 5 years working with the Pre-Academy group and took on the female director role for the goalkeepers. She also coached for Country Day High School and worked primarily with the Girls and Boys team as their goalkeeper coach. When she moved to Nashville TN last year she was with the Pre-Academy group for Tennessee United.

 

Fatima and her fiancé moved to LaCrosse this past year where her fiancé swam at UWL. Fatima is looking forward to coaching with Rush and joining the soccer community here in LaCrosse.
