Always Family

Lori Bembnister was a dedicated soccer coach within our community who lost her short battle with cancer in 2021. Through her passion for sports—especially her unwavering commitment to Rush Wisconsin West and youth soccer—Lori touched countless lives and left a lasting impact on players and families alike.

Marley Tauscher was a beloved member of the Rush Wisconsin West family. On the field, she was pure energy—bright, driven, and uplifting to everyone who played beside her. Her spark ignited her teammates, and she had a natural way of leading not with words, but with presence. Marley tragically lost her life in a watercraft accident on June 14, 2022.

Rush Wisconsin West has been working to find the most meaningful way to honor Lori and Marley. To celebrate their lives and lasting influence, RWW has purchased commemorative soccer bricks that will be permanently placed at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, opening in Spring 2026 in Atlanta, GA.

We know that Lori and Marley touched so many lives within Rush Wisconsin West and the broader community. We want to offer YOU a chance to be a part of this memorial and a way to contribute in their honor.
